Construction of a food and livestock market place in Gradinari village
Local Council Gradinari intends to perform a work construction in the village. The food and livestock market place Gradinari will have 690 mp built area and 50-60 places for cross-border SME sellers and local farmers producers (vegetables/fruits, meat, dairy and flowers). The market from Gradinari also will have an animal marketplace (330 mp) for 175 heads.
The main characteristics for the investments are construction of the food marketplace, ground floor of the building, pad reinforced concrete foundations, reinforced concrete floor, metal superstructure, roof provided with metal framework and corrugated cover sheet, construction of passenger-sways and parking places, bordering of premises, performing the technical and utility facilities: cold water supply, electricity, waste and rain water sewerage, construction of enclosures for animals provided with bordered platforms and metal superstructure, performance of technical and urban equipment works: cold water supply, electricity, waste and rain water sewerage.
