ASOCIATIA CREST

Within the contract, two identic packages of the following medical equipments will be purchased, in one lot: 1 piece of Electrocautery with vascular sealing, 1 piece of Blood and fluid heating system with air compression mode and air detection on the line, 1piece of Tourniquet System – pneumatic compression device venous stasis or similar, 1 piece of IR visualization camera of blood perfusion. The acquisition is made within the project "SIGMED RO-UA II - PATIENT SAFETY IN SURGICAL PROCEDURES AND TRANSFUSIONS", code HUSKROUA/1702/8.2/0110. The project is co-financed by the European Union, through the Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI) Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020. The place of delivery of the equipment will be Romania, Satu Mare (Carei and Negrești Oaș locality).

3.1 Tendering is open on equal terms to natural and legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping – consortium – of tenderers) which are effectively established in one of the Member States of the European Union, an ACP State or in a country or territory authorised by the ACP-EC Partnership Agreement under which the contract is financed. Tendering is also open to international organisations.

Executarea contractului
Condiții de executare a contractului:
The successful tenderer will be asked to provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the amount of the contract at the signing of the contract. The performance guarantee can be constituted by a guarantee instrument issued by a credit institution from Romania or from another state or by an insurance company, in accordance with the law, and becomes an annex to the contract. The establishment of a performance guarantee issued by non-banking financial institutions is not accepted. This guarantee must be provided together with the return of the countersigned contract no later than 30 days after the tenderer receives the contract signed by the contracting authority. If the selected tenderer fails to provide such a guarantee within this period, the contract will be void and a new contract may be drawn up and sent to the tenderer which has submitted the next cheapest compliant tender.
